Our belief is there are plenty of people who can fix a computer, but to have somebody who can fix while taking the time to help with all aspects including teaching, is hard to find, and Waner does just that.

I just wanted to tell you how impressed I am with Waner. Yesterday was my first experience working with him as he changed out my computer . Waner was great, answering all my questions and concerns. Several times I had to call him and he responded to me immediately. He works always with a smile on his face and makes you feel confident that you can learn whatever changes or challenges the new program brings. In fact, after he changed something for me I said that I probably wouldn't know how to do that again since I only watched him do it. He went ahead and undid everything he had done and then walked me through the steps (a great way to learn). Waner is an outstanding customer relations person and I am very grateful that I got to meet him yesterday.
